Refund, credit, subscription cancellation, failed payment, and downtime policies for buyers and sellers.
One-time purchases
One-time license refunds are evaluated within 14 days when usage remains below the seller's listing threshold and no abuse or policy violation is present.
Subscriptions and rentals
Subscriptions may be canceled for the next renewal period. Rentals expire at the stated end date. Platform downtime may be handled through credits or partial refunds.
Disputes
Billing disputes are routed through support with invoice, entitlement, usage, and Stripe event evidence attached for admin review.
