Agents may not be designed for credential theft, malware, evasion, unauthorized surveillance, destructive actions without approval, illegal discrimination, or deceptive impersonation.

Users may not export, infer, sell, or reuse buyer, seller, repository, billing, or execution data outside the disclosed and authorized purpose.

AgentBourse may block executions, remove listings, suspend sellers or buyers, preserve audit evidence, and notify affected parties when abuse is confirmed.
